Join us on this year, in an in-person event, as we bring together Senior Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers with at least 3 years of expirience, and the brightest minds in the field.

Your mission, as an individual G Hacker, is to conquer the 4 Cloud challenges (AI/ML, IT Infrastructure Modernisation, Data, Security) that await at the G Hack 2024!

Who Should Attend:
Senior Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Developers with at least 3 years of expirience in Cloud Engineering. However, all coders are welcome! While experience is preferred, what's most important is finding individuals passionate about tackling cutting-edge challenges in technology.

The ML challenge you're about to solve aims to develop an AI-driven dynamic inventory management system that can monitor stock levels in real-time and use trends and historical data to predict future inventory needs.
IT Infrastructure Modernisation
Ready to get a critical application up & running ASAP?
Time is of the essence, and the company's future hinges on your success. Can you navigate the restricted environment, secure the necessary secrets, and deploy the game before it's game over? Fix deployments, unlock secrets, master limited access, win the glory!

Ready to solve the Data challenge?
In this challenge, you will assume the role of a Data Engineer / Data Analyst whose job is to analyse the incoming stream of data points from IoT sensor devices. There will be 3 questions you have to answer based on the data. They are increasing in difficulty.
Security
Ready to solve the Security challenge?
Secure a multi-tier web application deployed on a private GKE cluster, leveraging Google Cloud's IAM, IAP, Workload Identity to enforce strict access controls, secure application endpoints, and ensure the infrastructure's resilience against common security threats.
